The 9th Joint ICQs Annual Workshop On Topological Physics in Quantum Materials

第九届国际量子中心联合年会

June 18th – 20th, 2019

Meeting Room 234, Building M, IOP, CAS

Initiated in 2011, the Joint ICQ Annual Workshops were designed to bring together in a semiformal setting the center scientists and special invitees of three international centers for quantum phenomena in China, namely (in the order of their founding dates from the earliest to latest), the International Center for Quantum Structures (ICQS) at the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences; International Center for Quantum Design of Functional Materials (ICQD) at Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at the Microscale, University of Science and Technology of China; and International Center for Quantum Materials (ICQM) at Peking University. The Workshop serves as an important platform for exchange of ideas and in-depth discussions on a broad spectrum of forefront topics related to quantum phenomena, with the primary objective of promoting substantial collaborations amongst the workshop participants and breakthrough research accomplishments by the center scientists and beyond.

The Workshop is co-organized by the three centers, each year with one center rotated to be the lead organizer. For 2019, the 9th Joint ICQ Annual Workshop is hosted by ICQS during June 18-20 in Beijing, China. The theme is “Topological Physics in Quantum Materials”.
